Pros

Great company and culture, great people and tools. IT responds lightning fast. Great onboarding. Benefits are above average in the industry. Strong product. Some leaders are great.

Cons

Seems to be having some conundrums while scaling up...one one hand, the leadership still champions its people-first culture, on the other hand, the workflow has been solidified, and most of the middle management just try very hard to maintain the status quo. New talents could quickly find things off and leave, although people who's keen for steady work life balance could stay for longer. Also, due to Covid and downturn, the HQ and the regional offices have drifted apart, making the regional offices somewhat a remote organ that simply sells products to local market and report numbers back. Not to the mention the business strategy has been very vague and shifting for the past one and half years.

Pros

Great people and great value that AppsFlyer's team has built for customers.

Cons

No cons. As a trailblazing company, there is always a push to innovate further, so change is constant, along with the opportunities it brings for everyone to step up.

Pros

For someone that has money to play with a wants to make more, maybe.

Cons

I got ripped off for more than $300! They tell you that you can make money but what they don’t tell you is that you must have money! You must pay out of pocket for at least 2 tasks a day. First it was $50, then $100, then $300 and the last time was $800 which I did not pay! Once you complete the tasks for the day they pay you in bitcoin through PayPal in my case or Cash App which I had to open an account with. They use whatever you earned in bitcoin for the next task but you have to pay out of pocket for the rest of the order if you didn’t earn enough in bitcoin. The last day I worked I had nothing in my Paypal and nothing in my Cash App but I had to pay $800 out of my pocket to complete the task! I didn’t have it. And if you don’t complete the tasks, you don’t get paid. I paid over $300 of my money and deposited back to my bank account $14.25 (sign up bonus) and $9.21! And each day the tasks cost more. They tell you that you will get a refund plus a profit for what you dish out immediately. I didn’t. Maybe for someone who has thousands to play with and wants to make more, it may be a good job. But for a retiree that has only social security for income and needed an extra income to make ends meet. it is not. Now I am out $300+ and can not pay my bills this month!
