      Very Kind staff when they are not being over worked

      Cons

      Management is a joke, Especially IT department. This company does not promote diversity. The company had an entire department to walk out because of the current CEO. In the last 2 years the company has lost money and leadership is the worst I have seen over the last 11 years I was with the company.

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!

      Great Work life balance. Great teams. Appreciation is shown.

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
