      Pros

      Salary & Great healthcare. There is a great deal of improvement areas that need a good engineer to improve them.

      Cons

      Lots of hours are required out of an individual. Union Enviroment makes it difficult to make good improvements for operations. Management does not allow movement between company divisions.
