Pros
This was my first full time job and I spent more than 3 years here, which gave me a strong foundation for my career. I was exposed to different industries and types of work early on, which really helped me understand what I enjoyed and what I wanted to pursue long-term. There were good learning opportunities, supportive colleagues, and for an agency environment, the work-life balance was actually quite reasonable compared to industry standards. It’s a good place to learn fast and gain real, hands-on experience.
Cons
Like most agencies, work can get busy and fast-paced at times. Taking leave could be challenging due to team coverage needs, and clashes were generally not allowed. This was especially scrutinised for junior team members, which could make planning time off stressful even when workload was manageable.
