It's a shame that for all the positives there are about working at Text100 overall, a few bad apples can completely change your entire experience.
You'll be hit or miss here depending on the team—some are unfortunately led by senior "leaders" with much lower values than others, which has resulted in an incredibly unmotivating and dishonest work environment.
If you want to work for someone that has adopted "playing favorites" as the trend, then this is the place for you. You'll watch in awe as a select few get away with completely inappropriate behavior without any repercussions of their actions, while others get berated for walking into a meeting two minutes late after their last meeting ran long.
