      - Connected to Mid Valley, easily accessible to the LRT - Well-stocked food pantry - Good leave benefits (20 days + 2 duvet) and benefits like medical, wellness etc - Opportunity to work on various accounts

      - Hired not up to par managers to run the accounts - Management eventually will not listen to employees' opinions even after townhall meetings
