There weren't really many, besides timing.

- Wildly mismanaged: their representative programs change multiple times a year leading to massive layoffs - Management lies about your future opportunities and promise career growth without any followthrough - The adidas employees working with ArchRival are incredibly disrespectful and actively work against you
