Pay is below our competitors. Raises are not given consistently, unless you are part of a union contract, and WAY to much Corp. oversight. In APP, there are often programs put into place to address an issue that may have occurred in one plant, but they are mandated to all plants, seemingly without regard to the impact to the locations workload. EHS Leadership in APP needs to be reigned in. Safety is extremely important and we are thankful for that focus, but the excessive programs and initiatives that they push down to the plants is WAY TOO MUCH. It is impossible to excellent at any of them when there are so many (these programs are all above and beyond what OSHA would ever require).
