      Pros

      Working level people are great, have good work ethic and good values.

      Cons

      Upper level and executive leadership are not leaders of people and they don’t know how to run a business. They do not care about people and will do anything their superiors they tell them to. The current leadership only cares about their bonus. Run the other direction from this company.

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
