      Great place to work, great facilities

      Cons

      Nothing bad, hours are great, pay is wonderful. I can't think of any cons, because the job I came from was awful, crooked, sneaky, racist, backstabbing. It was awful. Coworkers were great but management was a joke.

      Great people Great opportunities Willing to give more responsibility/grow Good work life balance while also still having good drive at work

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue
