Business Outlook
Pros
Work life balance is great, office culture is laid back. Ability to work from home. Company is very stable and has many lines of business across the world. Arrow is adding more to their line card and expanding their service offerings to partners. It will have sustained growth for the future.
Cons
Compensation structure is unlike any I have ever seen, there is minimum cut-ins and claw backs for sales reps. Pay is extremely low (paycheck to paycheck low) and doesn't get better even for top employees. There is absolutely no growth potential at all even for top employees.
