Pros
Excellent co-workers and local management. Great communication between 1st and 2nd level management, field personnel and sales. Customer feedback could be brought back to the office and acted upon ASAP.
Cons
C-level management didn't seem to have a realistic sense of the market or where the company fit in that market. Training on new technologies was mostly only available as CBTs on you own time. The sense of having the power to positively impact the customers experience diminished as time went on, as it was obvious that time spent on customer sites was being tracked.
