Good Technology, poor management and people - Research Scientist Ashland Employee Review

Hands down poor management from junior managers to the most senior managers. No accountability for poor managers, no training for managers, and managers frequently stealing the ideas of their subordinates and not putting the goals of the company ahead of their own. Also, there was not enough connection between commercial and R&D. Too little accountability for certain folks on the commercial side.
