      Pros

      Stabile employer, good relocation package, and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Boring work and inflexible corporate structure. Hypocritical expectations from leadership. Was told to work 55-60 per week as all salaried employees salaried supposedly do, but once I had been there a while I realized nobody put in those kind of hours.

      Pay, commute, and the people

      Cons

      Lots of turnover, changes in leadership at the plant. Future is uncertain and top leaders and commercial teams are very disconnected with the plant.
