Pros

Can't think of a positive statement about this company. I've worked for several financial institutions and this one is a joke. The day I started I knew it was going to be the worst job I had ever had...I was not proven wrong.

Cons

Human resources is inept along with the bank's entire boy's club management. When you have to hire a consultant to teach an executive leader how to do his job, well, that sums up the environment and culture. (Everyone else gets fired for being stupid, he gets a personal tutor) Management has no vision or strategy and could not execute it even if they did. As a result, they are a bullying culture that uses bravado and threats to rule. I have never experienced an environment where so many co workers were fired. Can a company be so unlucky or so inept to hire every horrible employee out there? Or is it management's kneejerk reaction to their nonperformance do to lack of management knowledge, strategy, and vision? Hmmmm...gotta think about that.

Pros

I worked in the IT department and felt that everyone was quite willing to help me out whenever necessary. I think they generally do a good job with culture, respecting PTO, and being flexible with appointments.

Cons

Making any changes can be a pain, there are many steps and approvals to get through before you can do anything substantial, this is a bank so security is prioritized heavily, so it makes sense but it is still cumbersome to work through

Pros

Great culture! Company focuses on supporting work/life balance and offers an excellent wellness program. Flexibility offered through option to work hybrid (available for some positions only). Management and executives are down to earth and genuinely care about the employees. Great CRGs for a variety of interests. Care and desire to help local communities. Most employees are super friendly, kind and professional

Cons

As is typical for most big companies, decisions are often made without involving the people who are impacted by the outcomes, and the change is not always easy/the outcome desirable. Some processes are inefficient, systems outdated,
