Pros
Organization has a clear path to where they want to go; they embrace diversity; think like a national organization even though it is a regional; more careful/conservative than other banks - and that is a good thing
Cons
No different than other companies - manage expense, sometimes losing empoyees in the process; regional footprint can sometimes be a minus, although is generally a plus
