      Pros

      AudienceView puts people first. That's not just something they say in their list of values. The culture is transparent and well-being and inclusivity are not done by rote just to fulfill an obligation. The benefits are great and focused around balancing work and life. We get every other Friday off (work 9 in 10) and AV Fridays are actively encouraged, not to mention uncapped vacations! High performance is recognized and rewarded. It's the best place I've ever worked.

      Cons

      Honestly, they are no major cons I can think of at the moment. Yes, it's busy, very busy at times, and like any software company, it's also fast-paced and change happens. But on the flip, they check in with everyone all the time.

      People first is real here. Every other Friday off really helps with work-life balance. Great work. Great clients.

      Change happens often so being flexible will suit you well.

      Poor compensation, bare minimum severance packages (1 week per year worked), tense work culture (imagine someone asking how was your weekend and being met with silence from the group), unlimited PTO disguised as 4 weeks (anything more than 4 weeks and HR will chat with your manager, confirmed that this happened to me), management never has the best interest of employees. The mid-market product is also struggling heavily. They also insist you be perfect; mistakes aren’t allowed without being flagged. Lack of recognition. And lastly: NO growth opportunities. I’m serious, look at employees in the department you want to work for and count how many got promoted in the past 2 years. They do NOT have good long term career opportunities here.
