Worst Company I have ever worked for

Pros

Located in the center of downtown. Comfortable chairs.

Cons

Top management heavy. The company has way higher percentage of Directors and VPs. Most of them are are good for nothing. All day they are strategizing about who to fire. Every day I go to office, I am scared I will be next one one their list. The company is run by a bunch of investors, who bought it last year. CEO is just their dummy. No long term goals. No plans to grow. Their motto is just survive.

Pros

Everyone not on the SLT are smart and amazing people to work with. Benefits are standard.

Cons

They want to promote an environment that is fun to hide the corporate backstabbing culture and hypocrisy stemming directly from the SLT. If you dare to criticize or not conform you will be pushed out with no warning.
