Lots of unhappy staff and unhappy clients

Toxic culture, everyone turning on each other and no one at senior management level prepared to take any responsibility incase they are next to be dismissed
No one feels safe or trusts anyone, we are constantly being told the new management team really care but we have yet to see any actions that show this
A large percentage of experienced people have left or are interviewing to leave
Offices used to have a buzz about them, that has completely gone with hardly anyone attending them now. Real shame as they are good working spaces
Senior female leaders have all been pushed out, leaving only males at the VP level. That said, when the only standing female exec openly shared that they don’t believe in International Women’s Day, what do you expect?
One strong female leader was replaced with the CEO’s incompetent ‘mate’ who guess what was a middle aged white male and refers to the CEO using nicknames. That team has now completely fallen apart.
The way people speak to each other in the business now is really poor, there is a lack of respect at every level. This just keeps getting worse and worse
Communication between teams is the worst its ever been
‘The board’ is constantly used as a whipping tool…’the board wont be happy if we do it that way’ or ‘the board wont approve’ or ‘the board want to see this’. Just another example of poor leadership from the top
