      Amazing coworkers, supportive HR, able to travel and work from anywhere, great meetups

      Cons

      Pay is great if you live outside of tech hubs but in SF/NY/etc it's low - move somewhere cheap and rake it in!

      Remote only, provides work machines without issue, and company software.

      Cons

      Sometimes they don't follow their policies regarding a performance improvement plan and will fire you on the spot.
