Good pay, opportunities for growth, flexibility in job responsibilities, and the chance to gain a broader, more thorough understanding of the business than at more traditional companies. The company is very considerate of personal circumstances, and overall, it has great people and a positive work environment.

The workload can build up over time

Pretty good pay/benefits. Fast-paced, meaningful work. Chances to see what other areas of the business do IF you take initiative to see it. Opportunity to learn and work on new skills, tools and projects. Very supportive / understanding of personal issues, willing to accommodate to each employee. Some opportunities for growth, seems to largely vary and often times there is confusion on how/what is needed but overall if you put in the work it will be recognized.

Leadership not always transparent. High turnover, unpredictability (layoffs, broader financial climate). Very large variability in regards to how your manager will treat you and your team. Lots of talk of empathy/compassion, not much actually shown.
