The company is very considerate of personal circumstances, and overall, it has great people and a positive work environment.

Pretty good pay/benefits. Fast-paced, meaningful work. Chances to see what other areas of the business do IF you take initiative to see it. Opportunity to learn and work on new skills, tools and projects. Very supportive / understanding of personal issues, willing to accommodate to each employee. Some opportunities for growth, seems to largely vary and often times there is confusion on how/what is needed but overall if you put in the work it will be recognized.
