      Amazing benefits, great management who will actually listen to you, unlimited PTO, good environment, great place to learn and grow your skill set. If you need help it's there and there are always opportunities to learn. Management is very open and forward with where the company is and what's going on, quarterly town hall meetings minimum,

      Cons

      Hard work. It's a service desk, you're the front line. You'll get angry clients and frustrating tickets, but it comes with the territory.

      Pros

      The company emerged from bankruptcy but continued to practice the things that drove it there. There was too much turmoil on leadership. They had multiple complaints about certain leaders but failed to acknowledge them and fix the issues. Sad because it could be a good place.

      Cons

      If you get on the wrong side of certain people, you're doomed.
