Poor Management - Anonymous employee Avinger Employee Review

I loved being a part of the Avinger team. This company is made up of employees who genuinely care about one another and also care about the product itself. Avinger has a very welcoming environment with employees who truly want to work hard and do their best.

I can't think of any cons at this time :)

Medical product has merit but the competition has caught up due to the slow pace of R&D. Majority of senior staff are never around.

High turnover and an environment where bankruptcy appears eminent. Management is very secretive and reeks of a “good ole boy’s club”. Stock awards never amount to anything and are typically worthless within a year.
