      Growing market - always adding lots of new customers which brings growing pains. Always adding or enhancing features which keeps everyone from product owners, developers, documentation, and QA very busy.

      Super group of smart people. Good direction from management, great product.

      Grew the company to sell it. Not enough equity for regular employees to make them excited about the sell off.
