      Pros

      Compensation could be better. Awesome people for the most part and good tech that is easy to sell.

      Cons

      A bit below average for a tech company. Very tough to grow out of a position, even if you do well.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
