      Pros

      Breakfast every morning. Some people seem to have fun personal projects. Good workout spots (gym, hall for pickle ball, table tennis, floorball).

      Cons

      People you meet in the corridor does not say hi (if not in the same team), I am from Sweden, but I still think it is a bit too swedishified. Does depend on team, but some are not very ambitious.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
