      Small company with lots of cross-functional roles.

      Cons

      Products in the development phase - company at risk of running out of cash every 6-12 months. Very little opportunity for advancement from within.

      Pros

      You name it. It was an awesome place to work. Loved the leadership team all the way down to low man on the totem pole. HR was amazing!! The people here and the work was fun. Don't get me wrong, there were days you wanted to strangle people, but overall, this was by far the best company i had worked for in a long time. I just wish they were still around. I loved everything about it.

      Cons

      Electric vehicles....company went under. Not enough funding to continue :-(
