Pros
The people are great, individually. BBC is a big brand name. New Broadcasting house is swish and nice to take people to.
Cons
A cold environment socially. Not really equipped for interns or trainees. Exhausting attempting to keep up with the bureaucracy. Very, very easy to get lost as an employee. You will be fighting to have your ideas heard, to be spoken to, even to be remembered, frankly.
