Pros
BCAA has a very good benefit package with quarterly bonuses as well as extended medical and pensions which can be hard to find in this day and age.
Cons
There have been a lot of changes over the past few years and the support of the managers and training have been lacking. Each manager has a different way of dealing with situations but it would seem that the suggestions of the staff are rarely even entertained. There has been a lot of staff change overs in the past few years may be time to see why.
