      Nice people, flexible schedule, creative freedom, and young coworkers.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, both from the top down and across different positions. Poor management at every level. Overworked employees. Barely a living wage provided.

      Pros

      Teams within the company are great and there is opportunity to learn

      Cons

      Company has been constantly restructuring since COVID and has had multiple rounds of layoffs each quarter. They let go employees not based on performance but salary. Leadership is constantly changing.
