      A few perks Some great members of teams I’ve worked in Cool office Hopefully restructure helps reduce red tape Working from home shift

      Cons

      HR - seems their processes are old fashioned, toxic culture on discussing salaries Salaries are not competitive High turnover No one really knows what they’re doing Bad communication Feels like there’s a hierarchy starting with the new CEO Not much for progression

      Office, Gym, Salary, People, Trying to be progressive

      Old Boys Club, Limited Flexibility on Working From Home etc but they are working on it!
