None. I literally mean there is nothing positive now. They have brought down the reputation of company to such an extent that almost 90% of the employees are either at the risk of termination or are looking for a job change. The company size reduced to 25% due to forced resignations,terminations and layoffs. The company is sinking and no one can save it now.
Cons
The list is endless Incapable Management need to fired. Senior Employees deserve to be fired. CTO has to be replaced immediately. He is the biggest mistake that BQE has ever done by hiring him. The company never had a CTO in 25 years and was doing wonders. All of a sudden this guy is hired as CTO and company hits a new low in its history. Really feel bad for such a company that had the best working culture.
