Pros
Salary on first day of the month, PF, Gratuity, Earn leave.
Cons
1. Biased Management no longer values experience and expertise but is influenced by the people of their own syndicate. 2. Internal nasty politics. 3. One man show - no board or higher management can do anything without that person's approval. 3. Only the closest person of that person gets regular promotion, unusual increment and every bit of facilities. 4. HR doesn't have strong footprint for employee welfare. 5. Supervisor's evaluation doesn't reflect on appraisal without higher management goodbook list. 6. There are lots of things I can list but the issue is current authority ruining a very prospective ISP in Bangladesh.
