Great benefits Motivating environment (nice open office space) A lot of focus on developing its employees Room to grow as an employee and to test new things Is open to other methods...anything that works better Everybody is open as the pyramid is very "flat" and the people have gone through many change initiative
Cons
- HR approach is too traditional when acquiring talent and is too focused on certain key traits (leaders with an aggressive approach to change management) - Top management constantly changing the flavor of the week/month/year in terms of vision (the 5 year vision changes yearly...) - Management tends to be arrogant and to self-assured with little to no experience outside of the company (people stick around and haven't seen anything else) - Total absence of structure when it comes to driving the business (the go-getter approach is excessive and does not allow people to slow down and structure things) - People never really close the loop on anything...as it always changes anyway.
