      Pros

      BRP provides plenty of space to create new projects and develop ideas. The teams have great liberty to move forward with their work and evolve quickly. There are some very good advantages (insurance, bonus, etc.)

      Cons

      Politics, politics, politics. I have learned the hard way that in order to grow in this company, it's not so much about the expertise but more about who you know, which is in some cases unfair. Although this is the case in many big companies, this is particularly strong at BRP. Lots of process to deal with, not always nimble in the way they manage work streams.

      Friendly team to work and learn fast. New funny projects. Good discounts for employees.

      Cons

      Short lead times to work on complex projects. Lack of procedures or standard works. Extended periods outside on hot or cold places to gather the data required for any new project.
