Pros
Flexible Schedule, commission potential if store meets selling goals, good 401k program, benefits are a low cost and cover a lot.
Cons
Long hours if you are salaried, if your store manager knows what they are doing it can be an awesome place to work. The company itself causes more issues than it needs by limiting the amount of hours it gives to distribute to the store team. Not enough hours to accomplish tasks.
