No micromanaging - Administrator Bainbridge Employee Review

I started this year in the Associate role. Building my client base has been awesome and I’ve already got several acquisitions in the pipeline. Have a strong bonus plan here. Friendly competition with my team.

My analyst was pretty novice

I've got nothing positive to say about Bainbridge! You'd be much better off working for literally any other company!

Management is too demanding! They keep setting unrealistic expectations and making unreasonable demands. I was pretty much exhausted during the entirety of my tenure here because of them; I had to keep up with brutal workloads, tight deadlines, etc., and they didn't even bother providing employees with any support! Besides their unreasonable demands, the management was also pretty toxic. Most of the managers were hostile and treated employees poorly. They answered every question you had with sarcasm and treated you like an idiot whenever you made a mistake. Working here was already stressful enough, but having to put up with such toxic behavior made things a thousand times worse!
