Free to learn almost all their technologies if one wants to learn! Freedom on daily work which means employee can schedule works based upon 'individual development plan' that is unique from some other similar companies. IGT has similar process and will assign the set milestones, Bally see it as one set up ones own schedule and will only check at the end of year. This company gives a great deal of freedom if one know how to discipline the time! Fresh to join the company will get multiple helps if willing and knowing, Bally give a good transition from school mentality to 'Business' mentality with good support in between (at least from the group I am working at)!
Cons
During busy seasons of projects, breaks scheduling will be one of the hard topic since limited resources. That will happening on all other similar type of companies. This, one of CONS, will depending on the team manager and upper management wisdom. At end of 2017, it is a Down, Bally is realize this and working on it, will see in 2018 and beyond... Other culture within the Bally also shows different values due to Bally join the big family of Scientific Games! Multi-Cultures has not been addressed well but being taken as a advantage as the company. Will see the upper management how it be advance for various groups of members as fair and respect.
