Pros
Good technology, decent compensation, friendly, conduct outbound activities, provide good refreshments and take care of travel when going to and from bangalore with good acccomodation
Cons
poor work life balance. lots of politics, people putting company first end up on the losing side, no option to work from home, Swipe in Swipe out system for monitoring time only in India office but not US. This is unfair.
