9yThank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear your training experience was not what we expect for our Technicians. Bancsource has 7 – Product Support Managers, dedicated to training our technicians in a world class facility in Addison, IL. Our instructors have many years of experience providing OEM training using the latest training equipment and course work. Moreover, we have recently added an additional training facility within our brand new HQ facility in Springfield, MO.
Bancsource is working toward our vision to build density in all areas of the country, as we build density, we will also add technicians as warranted. We are also working with one of our new subcontractors to provide back-up technicians in remote territories and to provide weekends off for the remote techs.
Bancsource completed our annual reviews with merit increase given out in February for employees meeting certain criteria.
We are sorry to hear there was lack of communication with your manager. We have an open door policy that we highly encourage our employees to utilize when there are issues they cannot resolve with their immediate supervisor. In addition, as part of our services restructure, we put in place dedicated managers vs. working supervisors to improve communications between our technicians and management.
