Since the time I been hire with bancsource it has been great. I was a Field service engineer then after 3 month of doing such great job I got promoted to Territory Manager. I have a great opportunity a great team and great management that supports me when needed. If you are reading this review it's real this is how I feel for this company for the time I had been here. The old management of the company where making bancsource look terrible but new management now cares about our employees. You ask your self how are they doing so by giving annually review Yep you are reading that right bancsource new management now is giving reviews new opportunity for those who have been loyal to the company. Yep I had met many technician that had retired from this company and enjoy their time been here. Many can write review in different company not every company in the world is perfect but they try the best to make it home for many. My work balance is good as longest you have your task done. Benefit can be better many changes now no option to adapt to it. I am afraid that good technicians will be living the company to competitor. Which I know it will happen and had heard multiple technician saying this
