      Good pay and benefits, good "Teamwork" attitude among hourly hands.

      Cons

      The plant where I work there is very little if any communication or cooperation between management and hourly people.

      Pros

      Work 7 to 3:30 and usually have my weekends off. They take time to invest in the employees and don't mind paying a good wage.

      Cons

      It is not at the base of the Big Horn Mountains.
