The only pros to this job is decent pay.
Cons
Hired as a remote position, with flexible hours, and schedule your own work hours. Not the case, once hired you are micromanaged, required to carry a phone, tracked by a GPS tracker, you must check in with supervisor, log in to Skype, Avaya, and group text daily before you can even begin your scheduled day. Management will refuse requested sick leave, and vacation time based of the company's quotas for the month. Extreme lack of training, learn as you go, and they are constantly changing procedures, and policy to fit their agendas. Pay is not worth the stress, and micromanagement.
