Standard two interview process over teams. The first one with the regional manager then the second with the head of the program. The interview was structure but the company was somewhat misleading that an offer would be coming.

Applied for the job and was contacted by phone by an administrative person supporting the hiring manager. They asked if I had ever interviewed there before and I confirmed that I had not. They then insisted that I had already interviewed with the hiring manager and he would not interview me . I was baffled. They never contacted me again.

It was nice, it wasn’t stiff questions or anything. We went over my resume, talked about the open role, I got to say why I thought I was the best fit. Then I got to ask questions.

There were 3 steps in the interview process. First, I had a phone interview with an HR staff. Second, I had another phone interview with a team lead. Lastly, I had an in-person interview with the team's manager. It didn't take long for them to reach back out to me for the offer.

The interview process was horrible. First off, the recruiter took days to respond back for interview dates. Once the interview date was set, not only did she not call me but instead sent an email stating that they already had a candidate and putting together an offer for that person. Companies should be respectful of other people's time. Many times these places advertise positions that are already being filled from within....at least be honest and let people know that a candidate was already identified. This is bad for business and I doubt I would ever apply to this place again.
