paid time off is generous, 401k company contributions finally increased
Cons
Systems are slow and outdated. Not the place for talented people looking for meaningful work. Poor performers are rewarded or promoted. Management reprimands or retaliates against employees that are performing well. The management is filled with discrimination, retaliation, corruption, nepotism, disparate treatment and misrepresentation to the clients.
