      Not the same Bearcom as 5 years ago

      Cons

      New Management does not value the workers, expects 60+ hour weeks, no work/life balance. HR has the same values, work as much as you need to get the job done no matter what that number is.

      Work life balance is good

      Cons

      Terrible pay for what you are expected to do. You're expected to know everything but get paid pennies compared to what the company makes. Little to no upward movement.
