Manager - Anonymous employee Beauty Systems Group Employee Review

Poor upper management, DM & TM for the district were extremely unprofessional and would belittle you in front of other employees. DM would talk about employees behind there backs and among other employees. Upper management lacked complete professionalism. Managers & employees were told to do everything by the employee handbook but DM's could get away with just about anything. My particular DM would come and go as she pleased and would falsify her time. Watching upper management get away with what they did & treat employees like peons was difficult and made it difficult to have respect for the company.
