Pros

Great insurances and free food in-office (Until they change their mind)

Cons

- The CEO is bringing everyone back in office, when asked why he clearly stated "Because I can" rather than using data or any other reasons. We have it in writing that they promised us that it was here to stay - They close two weeks at Christmas, one of the week is now paid by your vacation bank - Communication is TERRIBLE, they make huge decisions without giving a heads up to management who has to do damage control for hours and days after the announcement - The CEO brags about his helicopter while paying his employees under the market - They implement huge new things without caring for the details, leaving the employees asking questions with their hands empty - The yearly raise % and promotions are ridiculously low and under the inflation - They laid off 130 employees so far in 2024 and are super proud of telling us how we are in a good place financially - The CEO is buying studios everywhere while laying off employees in their principal office - We are under the impression that the aging CEO is doing all of this just to make the company more "Sellable" while flushing everything they promised to the current employees - They are affiliated to the Mackenzie Firm

Pros

People are great and Friendly, always willing to help.

Cons

Game is outdated, and jumbled, hard to do you job when you have no idea what you are looking at, and even the people working there dont know either.
