- CEO and upper management are incompetent, untrustworthy and liars - CEO sees staff as an expendable commodity, doesn't value them while having the believe they can be replaced at any time - Multiple layoffs across mulltiple studios - Revoked the option to work full time from home even though it was a perk that was told to remain while it was a key factor used during hiring to bring in talent - Wages are under market value in comparison to other studios, in addition of no bonus even though Dead by Daylight generated profits - CEO blames the current state of the industry for every thing that is happening, and yet fails to see like all other failing studios the problem ain't the industry but the kind of games they are trying to push to the consummer base...
